Awesome place with great amenities like free wifi, a delicious complimentary breakfast, and an indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earpods. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel was decent, but the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Used points for my stay yet found an unexpected charge on my card for a gift shop purchase I didn’t make. Food options were limited at breakfast, mostly sugary stuff. The location is convenient, but I expected better service. Overall, felt super underwhelmed.

The indoor pool and the hot tub were awesome relaxation spots after a busy day. Just a heads up, the parking lot can get a bit crowded during events, but it didn’t ruin our great stay! 😊

I loved how easy it was to stroll over to Greenfield Village and The Henry Ford Museum, making my weekend a fun exploration of history and culture right at my doorstep, especially since I appreciate being able to walk to landmarks without needing to drive. my only critique is that the hot food selection at breakfast could have been a bit better.
